I think I've seen it all now. Last night I saw a commercial for the
new kitchen gadget called a "Gizmo Grater". I think it is Black and
Decker. An automatic hand held grater. You just hold the food up
against the grater, turn it on and the grater begins to move up and
down while you hold the food still. I am still laughing out loud. I am
lazy but even I can manage a little hand movement. Shut up, Sheldon.

I've seen this! My boyfriend, who never buys grated cheese because he prefers
to hand-grate, thought this was ridiculous.

What I do think is kind of a nice idea, though, is the hand operated cheese
grater that is shaped like a big cylinder. The cheese lives in the middle, and
can be stored in your fridge. The grates are on the inside, and when you turn
the crank, it grates the cheese.
