need ideas for kids craft/treats

For Christmas, it's hard to beat decorating sugar cookies or
gingerbread men. There is also a cute Rice Crispy treat wreath made
out of the standard recipe tinted green. I'm sure that recipe is on
the Rice Crispy site. My first grade class makes "gingerbread" houses
out of graham crackers and milk cartons decorated with candy. Don't
be shy about asking for donations of ingredients. Many parents are
happy to help.
