What's krakowska? I know the other stuff.

Oy. I'm dying for a potato knish. We used to get good
ones here at one of our gourmet grocery stores. They
got them homemade by a little old man. Said little old
man either died or retired and now there's nowhere to get
a decent potato knish. :-P
