I'm kind of running low on supplies and wanted to stretch out the soup -
potatoes and cauliflower will be the fresh ingredients. |

The Turkey this year was organic and smelled and tasted much cleaner than past turkeys. I did add the gravy and then I blended everything for a cream of cauliflower soup. It worked out well! |
