This was a device to emulsify milk and butter back to a cream. I'm
looking for one or more to buy or trade. They were made in the UK and I can't find any info on the company and have seen a reference that says they're out of business. Anybody know anything about the maker or the product? TIA. Pastorio |

I don't know about that product, but my food processor's cookbook had instructions for turning milk and butter into cream. |

Could you post that recipe, Vox? I've never seen an instruction like that, and would love to try it. Thanks, Wayne |

Chill before use, then stir or whip as required. Makes about 225ml/8oz cream |
