But I already gave it to you. Well, here are the specifics.

For the Champagne try a Veuve Cliquot 1995 Rosé, brilliantly alive with
incredible toast, hazelnut and apricots. The CD might well be the London
recording of Fauré's Requiem, Pelléas et Mélisande and Pavane by
the Montréal Symphony conducted by Charles Dutoit with Sherrill Milnes
and Dame Kiri Te Kanawa in the solo parts. The nice thoughts you must
furnish yourself, but if you have difficulty read a copy of Siddhartha by
Herman Hesse. It will provide the necessary mood. Any further soothing
required could be had with a bar of ScharffenBerger 70% Bittersweet.
I hope you have an excellent and relaxing Sunday.

Not that fond of bubblies. More of an Italian palate for me.

Had Bocelli on while I did laundry and painted the boxes above.

Thais after that. Right now it's Tom Lehrer.

This is nap reading.

Funny thing. Bought about a dozen SB chocolates this week.

Excellent it was. Relaxing, not at all. Very productive, energetic and=20
with some good food to go with it.

Cut a ripe brie and it was a small adventure. Texture perfect and that=20
mouth-filling flavor profile was soaring. Contrasted with a small=20
glass of fresh pomegranate juice, the tartness cutting the unctuous=20
perfection of the cheese. To keep the pangs at bay while working.

Grilled boneless, skinless chicken thighs that had been brined with=20
salt, cognac, garlic, onion and brushed with black truffle oil.=20
Cauliflower pureed with mascarpone and roasted garlic puree. Small=20
salad with lemon and olive oil. I did a Brunello (Montepulciano) with=20
all that. Yes, I know.

Russian black tea with a dash of Chambord sitting around with wife and=20
daughter.
