Default Where do you cut your cakes?

Hi,

I'm researching where people usually slice the pies and cakes, they've
cooked. Do you usually slice it in the baking dish, on a chopping
board, on the cooling rack, or when the cake, pie, quiche is presented
for eating?.Thanks In advance for your replies, they will help me
decide whether it is worth developing a new product idea I've come up
with. IF the product does end up coming onto the market I'll give one
of the respondents, is that a proper word, one of the products.

Cheers Don
