Hi All,
A friend gave me a vacuum packed frozen slab of Halibut he caught in Alaska. (About 7" x 7" by 4 inches thick). If anyone has a suggestion as to the proper (single, no mixes) spices, I'd appreciate it. (I am at best an amateur cook, so no fancy stuff!)
