I went grocery shopping and, among other things, I bought 3 lb of
ricotta because it was only twice as much as 15 oz. When I got home I opened it up to take a "quality control sample." Hmmm, it would be interesting to try it with fruit, so I mixed in 1/2 mango and 1/2 banana, then finished off the banana. Now I'm not hungry! The ravioli will have to wait until tomorrow. My bad. I hate when I do that :> Sue(tm) Lead me not into temptation... I can find it myself! |

The bad news is that the one I bought doesn't fit my machine. By balancing things carefully I managed to crank out one sheet of ravioli (which is how I know that it works), but it was too awkward for serious production :< I might be able to jury-rig something in the future, but it will take some effort. I took the remaining pasta and filling and made an ad-hoc lasagna. Sue(tm) Lead me not into temptation... I can find it myself! |
