Both the Calphalon One and the new Calphalon One Nonstick have the same warping
problem as the older line. Also Calphalon admitted to me
the new One still had the problem of reacting with acidic food over time,
although they said it was a bit more reistant than the original.

Define 'over time' please. If you're storing anything for more than a
day or two you should have it in some sort of air-tight container or
such, not the original cooking vessel.

Define 'over time' please. If you're storing anything for more than a
