Default Indian Food Presentation?

Hello guys:

I am participating in an International Food Festival in the next
couple of months, this is my first time.

I am representing an Indian Cuisine section where I will be serving
food. I dont want to make it like a typical buffet section, rather I
would like to put my efforts into a trendy/easy/simple/inexpensive
presentation.

Can someone help me with this? If yes, I would be glad to receive an
email at

Thanks,

Ronnie

Ronnie:

I am not clear on what you are asking. Are you looking for an
attractive presentation? It would help us to know what foods
you are serving.

Try playing on the idea of the open-air markets of Asia, as opposed to the
sterile look?

Can you get hold of cheap round metal trays? Thalis would look nice.
