No, unless she's really overweight you don't start telling a 9 year old she's fat (particularly in this case -- as her uncle it's not his place to do that). You keep your mouth shut about her weight and only provide her with healthy, nutritious food which she can either choose to eat or not eat. Then it's a 4-5 hour wait until the next nutritious meal.
