I own a dishwasher and washing machine made by Equator

I've called the phone numbers for customer service and technical
support several times at different times of day, and I always get voice
mail. I've left messages, but got no call back. I also sent them an
e-mail using an on line form, but got no response. Anyone have a
suggestion about how to get in touch with these folks?

Find the company's CEO and send them a politely worded complaint
about the lousy response you have gotten. Your local library is
probably the best resort, other than Google, for finding the name
and contact information for this company. Good luck.
