suggestions/faves for preparing a bunny? I could do a _hassenpfeffer_ or the like (e.g Julia's _lapin au saupiquet_), but what else have youse guys tried that you like? |

As long as you don't eat it on a daily basis, an occasional egg, cream dish, fatty dish, will not affect your health. It's a temporal phenomenom, along with other complex factors that are not well understood. Now for those that suffer from high blood pressure or diabetes, a meal with a large sodium load and carbohydrate load, will produce bad outcome respectively. Drink red wine in moderation, walk, and be cheerfull. Add the garlic and fry with the rabbit for a few minutes to release the aromatics but not brown the garlic. Stir in a good glass full of dry white wine or sherry. I quoted the entire thread because I wanted to see where Nancy complained that you offended *her*. She didn't. Why not accept that she has a valid point without trying to get the last, rude word? FWIW, the title didn't really bother me, but I can see how it could upset others. Why go looking for a fight on Usenet? Michael, you admitted in writing that it might push some people's buttons. It's here for all to read. I don't mind a wry sense of humor, it's my favorite. But you admit in writing that you said bunny on purpose knowing it would bother some people. Okay, if you're making rabbit, say so. If you are referring to your spouse, do not say Hubby or The wife. Don't come out of nowhere and yell WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH FOOD. Stop responding to trolls. I'm a July crab person, so I am sure the list is much longer. Well, my list of stuff that makes me smile or laugh is much much longer. Don't write me off yet, but try to see both sides. nancy |
