Can I freeze a carton of cottage cheese and have it remain edible
when thawed? I have a book on what will freeze but it doesn't list cottage cheese. TIA -- Untie the two knots to email me "Madness is not a consequence of uncertainty, but of certainty." Nietzche |

Yes, you can freeze it, I am eating some it RIGHT NOW!! Fridge was set
too low, just defrosted, etc. It was large curd, but is now small curd, but there is no differnece in the texture, taste, etc. Go ahead and freeze, won't hurt it.
