Since I am getting zero in the tech support area at Agent (and I mean
commercial Agent), has anyone had any problems/resolutions with Agent
suddenly not recognizing keyboard shortcuts? I mean, like CTRL arrow
right or CTRL home or the like? I've even upgraded and it's not
working (word to wise, the current version of Agent's tool bar is not
good).

To reply, remove replace "spaminator" with "cox"
