Default Spiced Onions

I am a Scotsman living in England and cannot get my favourite Indian starter
locally. Does anyone have a recipe for Spiced Onions?

Cheers

Tom

Do you mean the chopped, spicy, red onion chutney that is served at many
Indian restaurants? I have a recipe on my cooking page
www.pgacon.com/cooking.htm .

I do not, however, there is another group, uk.food+drink.indian, that
would probably give you good advice, both for a recipe, and also good
starters you could find locally.

Peter, I really enjoyed reading your cooking page! You've put together
a wonderful collection of recipes and I made sure to bookmark it. There
are many I would like to try, including the onion chutney. Thanks for
posting this.
