I bought a large bunch of sorrel the other day, and put it
into a vegetable broth to be served with soba. It tastes great -- wonderful green sour/bitter flavor -- but I wonder how lightly I should tread. The stuff is mildly toxic isn't it? What's the recommended dosage?? Steve |

Like many plants it will absorb heavy metals from the soil, which could make it toxic. |
