Don't feel deprived... the vast majority of those you heard it from haven't
tried the combo either... in fact 99% had melon but only 1% ever actually been
in the same room with prosciutto... the only prosciutto ever been in their
mouths is the sound of word as it rolled off their tongues, all those who said
to cook it. Makes as much sense to cook prosciutto as it does to cook
honeydew.

There are several brands of "Snack Powder" in the stores. Lucas is a very
popular brand that comes in little cardboard "cans".
Personally I prefer a brand called Tajin Fruit Seasoning. It comes in a
plastic shaker that seems to last better in the Houston humidity without
caking up. It's great on apples, melons, and even tomato slices.

If you're drinking tequila you can put a bit of this stuff on your hand to
lick before downing a shot. It's a salty-sour-hot blast of flavor.
