Man o day. If they're going to arrest New York city folks for being rude
and abrasive they can start with every cab driver in the city.

I got a ride from a New York City cabby who was very nice. It was the end
of his shift, and I wanted him to drop me about a block from his house.

The guy will spend $$$$ on legal fees after which the case against him
will be dismissed. Then a lawyer will convince him to sue the accuser
who will spend $$$$$ on legal fees and after a couple years and 100s
of hours of pointless but very expensive discovery and pre-trial
motions, the case will be settled for the payment $1 and an apology.

So guess who wins??? No surprise!
