Default Martha Stewart Will Miss Her Chickens

It's all about the money . . .

http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servl...HA16/TPHealth/

Last month, the company said its revenues for the second quarter of this
year
dropped to $44-million (U.S.) from $66-million in the corresponding
period in
2003. Much of that decline came in the magazines division, as
advertisers have
been reluctant to associate with her tarnished name.

On the New York Stock Exchange yesterday, news of her decision sparked a
bit
of a rally in Martha Stewart Living shares, which were up 32 cents -- or
nearly 3
per cent -- to $11.46 (U.S.) on a volume of three million shares.

I don't think anyone cares if you do.

Anyway, I get the idea she's afraid her mother will die while she's
in prison.

Could be. The sooner she does her time, the sooner she can write a
bestseller about it anyway.

Conan O'brien had a good one, last night. Seems the President has received
over 18,000 requests for him to pardon Martha ....all from inmates.
