DO NOT TAKE ACETAMINOPHEN for example TYLENOL OR TYLENOL LIKE MEDICATIONS
when alohol is involved. Tylenol and tylenol like drugs are nasty on the
liver to begin with and are *EXTRA NASTY* when working with alchohol.

Before bedtime eat some bread, drink some water, take some vitamin B complex
and take PLAIN ASPIRIN. If you forget, the hair of the dog (that is have a
bloody mary or two) works well but be careful not to put yourself back into
the overindulgence category.

Again DO NOT TAKE TYLENOL OR ANYTHING SIMILAR TO IT anytime around the
consumption of alcohol.

You can safely take tylenol to treat a hangover. Matter of fact, you can
safely take it while your stoned drunk. The real problem exists when you
are an alcoholic with liver disease, and you drink and take tylenol on a
daily basis. In these circumstances, even therapeutic dosing can lead to
acute on chronic hepatic insufficiency.

Most non alcoholics don't drink to the point of what an alcoholic can
take; hence, the load to the liver is much less, and these people don't
have underlying chronic hepatic insufficiency. B Vitamins are all
bullshit, unless you live in Uganda and are malnourished.

Cure for a hangover: plenty of fluids; a nice cold glass of OJ which
provides glucose in the event you were drinking without eating or
consuming sugars, two ES tylenols before going to bed, and two upon
awakening, and a nice bowl of Jewish penicillin the next day; followed
by a long hot shower, and some chamomile tea.
