Where to get great lobster rolls in RI???

Going to be going through RI in a couple of weeks.
Thought it would be nice to have a lobster roll.
I know there are places to get them there but what
are the really good ones? Maxine? Anyone?
Thanks,
Kate

Champlin's, in the village of Galillee, which is part of Naragansett.
It's nestled onto the docks where the fishing boats unload their
catch. You can eat outdoors on the deck, if it's a nice day.

The chowdah is pretty darned good, too, and you have a choice of
traditional white, red, or Rhode Island clear.

Thanks Kimba. Now, do you mean lobster chowder or
clam chowder? I don't know if there is such at thing
as lobster chowder but there's no reason there couldn't
be. Lobster would make find chowder. Unlike clams. ;-)

You're welcome :) And sorry - my localism got the best of me. It's
clam chowdah. There is lobster stew (though I don't think you'll find
it at Champlins - it's more of a Maine thing). It's wonderful, too.

I'll try to ignore the spurious dig at the clams (heh)

So do I. The world would be a better place if he were required
reading, particularly for those who would be King...or PM...or
President...or Bishop...or Pope :)
