Hiya jill,
Sorry if I missed a follow-up, but I was wondering how the Sea Scallops and planked salmon turned out? I've been thinking of ordering some stuff from one of those online seafood merchants, but im still skeptical that they are worth it. Looking forward to your "review" ![]() |

I'm preparing one pound of the scallops tonight and will certainly let you know how they turn out. I'm going to do a simple treatment of them this time around: lightly dredged in seasoned flour, then seared in butter and a little canola... squeeze fresh lemon juice on top. Then add a couple of dashes of dry white wine and reduce the liquid. I'll be sure to let you know if they were worth it. I can tell you, they smell heavenly even raw! Jill |
