Default Queso Seco

I'm wondering if this cheese can be used similarly to the way paneer
is used in Saag Paneer -- that is, to cube it and fry it, or would it
just melt? I guess I could give it a go and see (gee, brilliant of
me), but am wondering if anyone has used it thusly.

thanks

Queso blanco is essentially the same as paneer. It works the same way.
I use it often.
