Making Pizza Crust that tastes good cold.

I asked once but my post has been crowded off. Plus the "Subject" was
not that clear.

When I order pizza from a pizzaria, the pizza tastes good out of the
refrigerator. But when I make my own, the crust is not that good
out of the fridge. What's their secret?

I use the recipe out of the joy of cooking, it also calls for olive oil and
tastes great hot or cold.
