bruschetta topping as pasta sauce!
I did a little experiment tonight. I prepared some al denta pasta (they are
similar to shells) and instead of using tomato sauce, I used Trader Joe's Bruschetta topping right out of the jar. The flavor is awesome - I can taste the olives and the tomatoes are nice and chunky. I also made some white wine/lemon/garlic/butter scallops, which I threw in there. Also a good addition. -Jen Half the people you know are below average. -Steven Wright |
