recipe cost conversions

I'm taking a cooking class @ a local Community/Technical College and
we are studying recipe costing & conversions.

Is there a downloadable program that I can place on my laptop that
will allow me to enter a recipe, the quantity of ingredient, how much
I paid for that ingredient, and how much the dish will cost?

Thanks,
Larry

A calculator, a piece of ruled paper and a pencil.

How much Healthy Choice ice cream can I eat before it's no longer a healthy choice?
