I'm new at this "posting" thing so please bare with me. I make a dish I
call "Pigs inthe blanket" Thin slices of beef pounded even thinner, A two to three inch piece of raw bacon laid on a 4 inch piece and rolled and tied. Roll in seasoned flour, brown in oil of choise, then add some liquid, bay leaves, onions, S & P cover and cook until tender. Make gravy from drippings. DELICIOUS! Have a good day` |
