Oh yummm! Nothing better than fresh tuna steaks.
Here's my favorite way to fix them.

Blacken with Chef Paul Prudhomme's Blackened Redfish Magic
Grill on very hot charcoal grill

Best blackening mix I've ever used.

Tuna with a Teriyaki glaze is great: served on a bed of mashed potatoes (or
mashed cauliflower) topped with a small amount of sautéed fresh spinach with
diced garlic, diced tomatoes, diced onions (salt & pepper of course) two
spears of blanched asparagus. (now place the tuna in the center) top with a
hollandaise sauce with chucked crab meat in it. Can't get much better than
this for a fairly low price. They will remember this dinner for years.
