Hmm... I'm not sure I'd make that assumption. Did Jill say that she
remembers eating any of those dishes?

I cannot be sure my mother ever made any of these dishes. (And as you say,
what difference does it make?) My mother despised cooking. She often asked
me where I got my "cooking gene". But she clipped the recipes just the
same. It's fun going through them and seeing what she did take the time to
save. Bob is just being his usual bitchy self

Seeing those old recipes was a treat, I am not sure I will make any of
them, but they were nice to read. It gives us a glimpse into someones
life, someone who is no longer with us. That alone is special during
the holiday season. Although I have lost my dad, my mom is still with
us. I must hurt going through the holidays after the loss of both
parents, and not so long ago.

You are an Ass Hole ($1.00 cybercash to sf.), you always have been and
you always will be.

What the f*** have you EVER contributed to this list?

Why would recipes hold "special memories" for you if you never ate any of
the food? That's all I'm asking. If it's just because your mother left them
behind, then how does a recipe box differ from any other scrap of paper she
left behind?

Try not to be such a bitch when you respond, ****face.

"Rob" wouldn't know how to cook if someone paid him to do it.

Heehee, Bob...all that maudlin "memories of mom" stuff that Jill is always
braying about here will end up in the dumpster in any case when Jill
croaks...she is bitter 'n barren and has no one to leave it to!

This is a list? Of what?

I can certainly cook but I work for a living. Jill on the other hand...

Jealous? Since when does what a person does for a living rate their
worth? Quit being so "holier than thou".

And post some recipes and/or pics!

At least most of what Jill posts is on topic. Can you say the same?
Or are you too busy feeling "superior"?

I have a full time job too (and a very stressful one) but that does not
make me better than anyone here!

I come here to relax and (mostly but not always) enjoy food talk. Why
are YOU here? Just to pick on people? Or does tearing people down make
you feel superior and worth something somehow?

Geeze.

Grow the hell up already.
