Default New Years Eve 2009

This week is my favorite time of the year! Such a great time to
look forward and enjoy the new adventures ahead.

And of course, I couldn't help but want to share our New Years Eve
Menu!! Bon Apetit!

For a small group....about four ounces of smoked salmon....3 oz cream
cheese and pipe on scored English cucumber slices. Old Martha recipe
but still a nice presentation. Top with a sprig of dill if you have
some.

Yum - easy to make ahead too.

I personally think the old Martha recipes are the best of all of hers,
like her cheese filled pea pods.

Thanks and have fun,
Kris

Cream puffs..... sorry...the spell checker doesn't recognize
"french" words. The "L" should have been a "T", but you already
knew that!!

Her first book was exceptional!! It is the first book I go to when
preparing appetizers. I have made those filled pea pods. People
were so impressed and they present so beautiful. Also, the cherry
tomatoes look nice.
