Default Does anyone really like Brazil nuts?

I like them. They remind me of fresh unshredded coconut, and I use them
similarly, both in sweet and savory applications. If you get enough of them
together, you can make a kind of "milk" out of them by chopping them a bit,
soaking in hot water, blending, then squeezing in cheesecloth.
