Leftover mashed potatoes ???
Tonight, I made 'dutch relish' for dinner. Dutch relish is basically a
thickened hamburger soup served over mashed potatoes. So now I have a big batch of leftover mashed potatoes. Anyone have suggestions what to do with leftover mashed potatoes? There are always latkes, potato pancakes and croquettes and the like. Is there a sweet instead of a savory recipe? I don't know of any.
