Hey have you tried plain yogurt with a couple tablespoons of Lipton
Onion Soup mix? (the powdery one)

Blend well and let stand in a bowl for ten minutes to rehydrate the
onion shavings and sprinkle in a few drops of hotsauce if you like
your dip with a kick. I'm tellin' you ... it beats all other dips
hands down and is much easier on the stomach than all those sour cream
based nightmares.
