My grandfather had a bad heart and died of a heart attack at 52. He was on a salt free diet for years before he died. My granny made a salt free batch for him. We had the salted and even as a very young kid it was better than store bought. It's too bad you didn't like it. I was just talking to my mom and mentioned this. She never had commercial butter until she got married in the 50's. Lou |
