I've recently seen these odd plastic bags advertized that, they say,
are designed for reheating things in a toaster you'd never ordinarily put in there - like leftover pizza slices. Has anyone tried them? Does pizza come out crisp or soggy? It seems it would be an efficient way to reheat a single serving. |

I don't know why the plastic doesn't melt or taint the food, but it doesn't They are great for quick, easy and tasty cheese toasties! |

I'm guess g for the price of a toaster, plus a dozen or two bags, that you could buy a toaster oven instead. -sw |

Seomthing like these? http://www.lakeland.co.uk/lakeland-t.../product/10724 I haven't seen them advertised for reheating pizza, but they make great toasted sandwiches without a mess. However, as the comments indicate, it's hard to stick wide bread in them. I sometimes have to trim the side crusts off slices of bread from the bread machine. -- Some say the world will end in fire; some say in segfaults. [XKCD 312] |
