Sieur D'Arques Aimery 1531 Grand Cuvee


This our 16th Valentines Day together (and 17th year!!) and this French
bubbles came along at $16 per bottle........ and I thought....... why the
hell not!!

It better live up to the hype!!

For that price, I find myself wondering how badly the wine was mistreated on
the journey halfway across the world. It might be worth that sixteen
dollars... sixteen AUSTRALIAN dollars, that is, roughly the value of a 750
ml bottle of dingo urine, for which Peter's wine might just be
interchangeable.

My neighbors do wine, I brew beer. It is a lot of fun and very
satisfying too. I only drink maybe 6 beers a year, so my friends and
neighbors get the bounty of my hobby
