4 large pears
300ml double cream 2.5ml vanilla essence 1/2 tsp of ground ginger 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon 55g caster sugar. 1) Preheat oven to 190 degrees, now peel and slice each pear in half and remove the cores. 2) Get yourself a baking dich that will fit the pears cut side down in one layer. Add cream sugar, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla essence and give a good stir to mix together. 3) Now add the pears to the mixture and make sure that the pears get a good coating of the mixture and place into the oven for 30-35 minutes. 4) Serve and enjoy!! http://www.cooktonight.co.uk/recipes...aked_pears.asp |
