![]() I had no idea they made a special yeast for pizza crust. How have I missed it all this time? Fleischmann's Pizza Yeast http://www.pizzacrustyeast.com/ -- I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food. |

It let's you easily meter your yeast usage bit by bit when you're trying to accomplish a certain rising event. 3/4 tsp for the preferment, etc. I'd have a hard time going back to those 2.5tsp expensive bags. It is way too easy to plan ahead and get a much better quality result with a slow rise in the fridge. |
