Barb,
do you think adding chocolate jimmies (sprinkles) to the bonbons while the
outer coating is still damp would be overkill?

Not being Barb, and not having any idea what "bonbons" are under discussion,

Marvelous! I love the idea of taking a couple of things that are <bad> for
you and using them to make something that's even <badder>! About the
jimmies, though: I think white ones would be my choice.

And if you Google "Oreo bonbons," you'll see that there are lots of
options, including using "white chocolate" coating.
