Try the Chiobani brand with the five active cultures.. Our dietitian (connected
to my cardiologist) turned us on to, I love the stuff. One pack a day and I
haven't had one lung infection since I started eating it, just like she said.
It's really good too, even folks who don't particularly like Yogurt, like The
Mouse, love this stuff...

I've been eating a little better since I've started taking Pepcid.

Well I do, but right afterwards I forget. Maybe that's her problem, too. I
can't get Rose's Lime for Gimlets here, so the Mojito is the nearest to
electroshock therapy I can both make and endure.
