Default What is a pizza bump?

There was a reference in a recent NY Times article about certain type
ovens that contain pizza bumps, but they did not explain what they
were. It seems as if small toaster ovens have them. I have found
reference to them on the net, but not an explanation. How can a
toaster oven bake more than just one piece of pizza?

Thanks

Tom
