Looks like some delicious steak!

I'd add a potato of some sort, and a veggie like maybe creamed spinach or
asparagus with hollandaise or béarnaise on the side (gotta go light these
days).

And another Scotch. . . (or Crystal Palace, as is one's choice).

Does a splash of ruby red grapefruit juice in the Crystal Palace count
as produce? I truly intended to caramelize a mess of onions and boil
some spuds for smashed, but I lost track of time and mostly I got
lazy.

Ooh! Vodka in grapefruit juice sounds good!
