Default Ten minute corned beef hash breakfast

I nuked a large potato last night. This morning, I peeled/chopped it,
and tossed in a butter/oil pan with chopped onions. Added 6oz chopped
corned beef leftover from St Pats day. Took about 7-8 mins to fry up
browned. Two eggs over med and put all on a warmed plate. Salt,
pepper, and Tobasco. Could it be any easier? ...or tastier? I think
not. YUM!

I always make hash from the leftover corned beef and potatoes. Yum. We
don't eat eggs on it, and my kid defiles it with ketchup, but still,
it's yummy.

I like hollandaise on it... and I don't care if it's Aunt Penny's
either.

Forget the health food. I need all the preservatives I can get.

We benefited from the left over corned beef by making hash last week.
Oh...it was so very good, even with the fried eggs and ketchup!

We just got back from a cruise and I had ordered it the day aftr St
Paddys thinking it would be good and yummy. OMG was it awful, worse
than from the can,if you can imagine.

I have a corned beef to cook tomorrow and I will surely make some
hash...if there are leftovers. And often there are NONE it is so good
with the spuds carrots, cabbage & onions. New England boiled dinner,
yum. You are making my mouth water!!
