Someone gave me a set of cute plastic jars which WOULD be easier to
label and find in my spice drawers. But, is plastic a wise material for this use? |

The only problem with spices in plastic vs glass is that you can never get the odor of the original spice out of the plastic jar - tough if you want to change spices! Lynn in Fargo store my spices in the containers they come in and the bulk spices in glass jars various little (mostly glass) jars |
