Default Dinner last night Mon 29Mar10

Pan seared eye fillet steak (tenderloin), with a crisp green salad, vine
ripened cherry tomatos, some red capsicum (bell pepper) slices and half an
avocado.

The steak had a little garlic butter on it, and the salad a balsamic glaze.

Then a small slice of leftover lemon tart to finish the night :-)

I regard it as my 'lazy' meal :-)

Quick and very easy to do.

But your description is spot on. We're trying to get as much salad stuff into
us as we can before winter, and the 'comfort food period', sets in :-)
