Something about cooked iceberg lettuce that just doesn't sound good at
all, no matter how you cook it.

I had a friend in school, from Korea. Said he'd never had raw lettuce
until he got to the States, still thought it was wierd.

A Chinese restaurant that I frequent puts a few shreds of iceberg
lettuce in
its wonton soup. It's quite good.

When I was a kid, I favored Almond Boneless Chicken. Who knew that
gravy on lettuce could be so tasty?

Welcome to America, where eating dogs is weird, and eating raw lettuce
is normal.

That's funny. <g>

I personally am not a raw cabbage fan, but I know that a lot of people
eat it that way.
