I finally know what that mysterious bbq foil with holes is that you
mention occasionally. I saw it in the bottom of (chinese) steamer
baskets today in my hotel. I guess they used it so they wouldn't have
to use paper on the bottoms of the individual bao.

I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.

No doubt commonly supplied by some providers. I seem to recall Alcola
offering this variation many years ago. It was textured a fine pebbly
surface and had small pinhole sized perferations. It was also pretty
light gauge (thin). Haven't seen it in decades.

It was sold by Reynolds until a few years ago, then was discontinued.
I think I must have bought one of the last rolls.

Mine came in individual folded square sheets. I still have some of it
leftover here because I never really found it all that useful.

I doubt it's Reynolds, but at least I have a clue what it looks like.

Not sure if my holed foil is the same as her holed foil, but mine absolutely
was made by Reynolds. :-)

No, that's the regular foil. Anyway, my fingers worked before my
brain - it was in separate sheets, not rolls.
