![]() I finally know what that mysterious bbq foil with holes is that you mention occasionally. I saw it in the bottom of (chinese) steamer baskets today in my hotel. I guess they used it so they wouldn't have to use paper on the bottoms of the individual bao. -- I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food. |

I seem to recall Alcola offering this variation many years ago. It was textured a fine pebbly surface and had small pinhole sized perferations. It was also pretty light gauge (thin). Haven't seen it in decades. nb |

No, that's the regular foil. Anyway, my fingers worked before my brain - it was in separate sheets, not rolls. |
