The problem is that the Chinese government
isn't shooting enough people. They really
need to send a message, for example by
shooting at least a dozen people. And if
that doesn't work, make it a hundred.

So, what's the USDA/FDAs excuse for not gunning down a buncha beef
ranchers and spinach farmers? I think they should start with the govt
bureaucrats.
